With nearly 28 years in the roofing industry, Westley’s journey began as a labourer, progressing through the ranks to become a roofer and, ultimately, our Managing Director. In this pivotal role, he oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring work quality and progress. Westley remains actively involved by visiting job sites regularly, conducting initial pre- and post-inspections.
In the office, Westley diligently manages the training of our operatives, ensuring they possess the necessary certifications, including asbestos awareness, working at heights, and knowledge of the latest roofing systems and products in the market.
With 14 years of roofing experience, Aaron started as a labourer and steadily worked his way up to supervise all our operations. He serves as the go-to contact for our operatives, assisting them with any requirements. Often working closely with Westley, Aaron meets with clients to assess their needs, take measurements, and provide no-obligation quotes. He’s always ready to discuss a range of options, from repairs to roof renewals, offering expert advice to our clients.
In the office, I play a crucial role in managing accounts and invoicing. I’m actively involved in client interactions and work scheduling. I provide support to both Danielle and Honey in their roles, ensuring that everything is well-coordinated before, during, and after the roofing projects.
Danielle is a highly valued member of our team, and she is your primary point of contact when you get in touch with us. She handles phone communications, schedules work, and addresses any questions or concerns you might have. Her friendly and efficient approach ensures that our customers have a smooth and hassle-free experience.
As the newest addition to our team, Honey has chosen to join the family business after completing her A-levels. She works under Danielle’s guidance and assists in scheduling works and other administrative tasks. Her enthusiasm and dedication contribute to the efficient operation of our office.
